Prosecco Wine Base, Vintner's Best, 1 Gallon

A blend of white grape and other juice concentrates, HFCS, malic acid and natural flavors designed to make 5 gallons of a fermentable base for prosecco wine blend at 18.9°B. The product is blended, pasteurized. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient.
