GoldSwaen©Red (15-25°L) is used for up to 25% of the grist particularly in the production of ale, red lager, altbier or lager. Has reddish shine and typical aroma which serves to intensify and stabilise the flavour. Use as you would CaraRed.

Usage: Pilsner, Light beer, Alcohol reduced beer, Bockbier, Export beer, Special beer, as well as all other dark beers.

Results: Improved malt aroma, red color, fuller body, notes of biscuit & honey.
