Mt Hood Pellet Hops 1 oz

Aroma variety with similarities to the German Hallertau and Hersbrucker varieties, released in the US in 1989. Mt. Hood is an aromatic hop with low acid levels which make it very useful for mid boil hop additions. Expect an aroma of European style spice, herbs, and a pungent, resinous flavor. Great in American and German Ales/Lagers.
