Developed by the Hop Breeding Company of Yakima and released in 2007, Citra® presents robust tropical and lush fruit flavors including peach, passionfruit, guava, lychee, grapefruit, lime and gooseberry. Because of these intense aromatics, Citra is best utilized as a late boil, or dry hop addition.
