Make your own apple cider with this easy-to-use manual crusher! Put the apples (or pears) into the 24" x 17" hopper and crank away. The knife blades cut the apples and the aluminum rollers grab the pieces and crush them, yielding a pulp that can then be pressed. Place this over a fermenter bucket, or directly on top of your press, if large enough.
