Black Currant Wine Base, Vintner's Best, 1 Gallon

A blend of juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make 5 gallons of a fermentable base for blackcurrant wine blend at 18.9°B. The product is blended, pasteurized. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient.
