About Sly
"I have been making mead on and off over the last 26 years. I initially got interested in brewing after learning that you could brew something with dry active bread yeast. It tasted terrible, but I enjoyed the creativity and process of brewing. These days I enjoy brewing tea and fruit based meads that I can share with friends and see their enjoyment of the final product."
