Spices / Tannins, with mesh bag for easy removal
Yeast nutrient (Fermaid O)
2 gallon bucket w/grommeted lid
1 gallon glass carboy with rubber stopper
Airlock
3/8" mini auto-siphon with clip and 5 feet of tubing
18" plastic spoon
4 oz Star San
Hydrometer, graduated cylinder and sampler

About Sly

"I have been making mead on and off over the last 26 years. I initially got interested in brewing after learning that you could brew something with dry active bread yeast. It tasted terrible, but I enjoyed the creativity and process of brewing. These days I enjoy brewing tea and fruit based meads that I can share with friends and see their enjoyment of the final product."
