Ethiopian Organic Bekele is used for one of many grain to brew traditional Ethiopian beer Tela and Tej. It is brewed from various grains, typically teff, bekele and sorghum. Depending on region, barley, wheat, or corn may be also used, spices can also be added. Dried and ground shiny-leaf buckthorn leaves are used for fermentation.
