Caramunich 40-50°L is a type of caramel malt. It intensifies the beer’s body and its smoothness, promotes head formation and retention and creates soft toffee notes in the beer aroma.

Results: Intense caramel & malt aroma, full round flavour, notes of biscuit.

Usage: Pilsner, Light beer, Alcohol reduced beer, Bockbier, Export beer, Special beer, as well as all other dark beers.

Rate: 5-10% for dark beers, 1-5% for light beer, Pale ale.
