Elderberry Wine Base, Vintner's Best, 1 Gallon

A blend of juice concentrates, HFCS, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make 5 gallons of a fermentable base for elderberry wine blend at 18.9 degrees Brix. The product is blended and pasteurized.
